WHAT WE OFFER

• Great Kingdom International has been successfully applying its UV (Ultra-Violet) coating and lacquering technology in manufacturing Dining Tables (including all panels and aprons) for Japanese market for the past 7+ years. At a daily production rate for 6,000 pieces of panels in the size of 900mm*600mm/each, all panels can be coated into any color specification (white or black for example), including the wood grain-feel on top of the panel.

• Great Kingdom International will be establishing new water-based coating/painting-specific production line at its new factory plant (by the end of 2018), to cope with the product specification using UV (Ultra-Violet) and Water-based coating/painting requirements by more and more companies.

• Great Kingdome International has over 10+ years of manufacturing experiences in PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride) edge banding practice on all panels.

• Great Kingdom International also has over 7+ years of manufacturing technologies and experiences in applying UV coating and lacquering DIRECTLY onto adhesive surfaces on PB (Particle Board) and MDF (Medium-density fiberboard).

• With continuous innovations in manufacturing process, Great Kingdom International has successfully developed its latest technology this year, to add on actual wood grain-feel texture via its UV coating/lacquering technology onto panels.

• Great Kingdom International uses the world recognized environmental-friendly solid wood tree species, Rubber Wood, as its main product material.
